Price

The rent for a 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartment is €89 per week. Rent is payable twice yearly, in September and January; at the start of each semester.

Rent per person for semester 1 is €1780 from 28th of August 2010 until 14th of January 2011

Rent per person for semester 2 is €1602 from 15th of January 2011 until 22nd of May 2011

Any cancellations up to the 24th of August will be subject to an administration charge of €75.

Any cancellations AFTER the 24th of August will result in the complete loss of deposit and the reallocation of the room to another student.

In the case where first years had pre-booked and subsequently did not get sufficient points for their intended course, or chose to take up an alternative course following 2nd and 3rd round offers, then an administration fee of €75 will be retained after a satisfactory audit and no electricity overuse.


Deposit

The deposit is €290 payable by cash/Bank draft/Cheque/Laser Card/Credit Card as soon as possible. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the year after a satisfactory audit and no electricity overuse.


Shuttle Bus to University of Limerick

Shuttle bus service to & from the University of Limerick Monday to Thursday @ 08:15 to11:30 & 12:30 to14:15 & 16:15 to 18:15

Shuttle bus service to & from the University of Limerick on Friday @ 08:15 to11:30 & 12:30 to16:30

Night link bus service Monday to Thursday 7pm to 11.30pm running every 45 minutes


Electricity

€210 is payable at the start of each semester for electricity costs. This amount will cover the costs in almost all cases. The ESB meters will be read each month to monitor usage. Bills are added up during the year for each apartment and any overuse will be billed equally to the residents of the offending apartment.


Utilities

€200 p/p per semester is paid at the start of each semester to cover other utility costs such as refuse collection, security, multi-channel TV connection and maintenance.



Facilities in Each Apartment

Each apartment comes fully furnished with cutlery, plates, cups, etc however bed linen is not supplied . Every student has their own bathroom. Each room has individual study space with a free broadband connection available to Internet so complete access to email etc. is assured.



Facilities in the Complex

There are full laundry facilities onsite. There is also a full time maintenance team and management office so that any household maintenance problems quickly and with no hassle. There are vending machines onsite for drinks & snacks, etc.


Games Area

There is a Common Room with large screen TV with the full SKY package and pool tables, for when you want to relax with others.


Broadband in your bedroom

Free Broadband connection in your bedroom.


Multi channel TV


Multi channel TV service is available including Free Sports & Movie channels


Existing Infrastructure

Brookfield Village is conveniently located within 5 minutes of shops, bars, restaurants, takeaway food outlets, hairdressers, chemists, doctor's and dentist's surgeries, petrol stations, bus stop etc


Live With Friends

We offer the opportunity for friends to live together if they choose and this facility is also offered on the online application form. Also if you request to live in a 2 / 3 / 4 bedroom apartment specifically we will try to facilitate you.
