Brookfield Hall is just a short walk from the University of Limerick making it the perfect place for students returning to UL this September. Brookfield is comprised of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury apartments and offers the facility for friends to share apartments if they wish. As the rent is paid per person to the management this stops arguments over who owes what as can happen with private rented houses. This year a new broadband system has been installed and the management have also decided to offer broadband free of charge to all students. This means that students can access their e-mails, the SULIS portal and anything else that they need for college.

Recently Brookfield negotiated exclusive fixed taxi rates with local cab company Plassey Cabs which means students can keep their transport costs to a minimum with fares starting from just €6.
